Single Large Banquet Room Rental ~ $200.00 per hour
Security Guard ~ $ 35.00 per hour
For Events up to 200 Guests
Room Rental Includes Custom Table & Chair Setup
Large Dance Floor
3 Hours of Setup Time prior to the event
½ Hour for Decoration, Gift & Equipment removal after the event
Air Conditioning or Heating as needed
Event Center Manager on site during the entire event
Minimum rental length is 4 hours

Two Large Banquet Room Rental ~ $300.00 per hour
Security Guard ~ Included in Price
For Events up to 500 Guests
Room Rental Includes Custom Table & Chair Setup
Large Dance Floor
3 Hours of Setup Time prior to the event
½ Hour for Decoration, Gift & Equipment removal after the event
Air Conditioning or Heating as needed
Event Center Manager on site during the entire event
Minimum rental length is 5 hours

Princess Room ~ $125.00 per hour
Security Guard ~ $35.00 per hour
For Events up to 70 Guests
Room Rental Includes Custom Table & Chair Setup
No Dance Floor
3 Hours of Setup Time prior to the event
½ Hour for Decoration, Gift & Equipment removal after the event
Air Conditioning or Heating as needed
Event Center Manager on site during the entire event
Minimum rental length is 4 hours

Rules and Regulations for DIY Room Rentals:

  1. Rentals are for Ballroom, Dance Floor and Restrooms ONLY. Kitchen, Bar Areas and Coatroom are off limits. Portable Bar Tables and Coat Racks will be provided in the Ballrooms.

  2. Nothing is to be taped or attached by any means to any walls, fabric, tables and chairs in the rooms. Decorating Options are available from our staff. Nothing is to be leaned against the walls. All décor must be pre-approved by the Diamond Event Center.

  3. A Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 or a credit card will be held through the end of the event against any damage to the facility (walls, carpet, tables, chairs, restrooms and other rental items included in contract).

  4. No Open Flames are permitted.

  5. No Up Lighting or Electrical Décor may be used unless rented through Diamond Event Center.

  6. Food -
    If an outside caterer or restaurant provides the food for an event a copy of their food service license and liability insurance listing Diamond Event Center as an additional insured for the date of the event must be on file a week prior to the event.

    If the food for an event is to be homemade or “Potluck”, Diamond Event Center must be added to the contract signers homeowners or business liability insurance for the date of the event and be on file one week prior to the event.

  7. Client is responsible to restore the room to its pre-event state. Tables should be cleared. Garbage should be bagged and tied. Items too large for a vacuum should be removed from the floor.

DIY Room Rental Options:

Coffee Station ~ $1.00 per person
White Table Cloths & Colored Napkins ~ $10.00 per table of 8 seats
China & Flatware (Wait staff is required 1 per every 50 guests) ~ $6.00 per person, Includes Dishwasher Wages
Wait staff (5 Hour Shift) ~ $100.00 per Staff
Coatroom Attendant ~ $50.00 + Tips
Chafers and Serving Utensils ~ $10.00 per Chafer

Kitchen Usage for warming, holding, or refrigeration ~ $250.00
(NO Prep or Cooking, Includes a Kitchen Staff to oversee Rental)

Bar Usage only with Diamond Event Center Bartenders, Standard Wash Included
One bartender required for every 100 guests (Client supplies all alcohol & plastic drink ware)
$4.50 per person + Tips

Glassware for the bar ~ $2.50 per person
Water, Champagne, or Wine glasses on table tops ~ $1.00 per stem
3ft x 3ft Dance Floor Sections for Princess Room ~ $20.00 per section
